We’re a studio, not a SaaS. We build your AI employee, you own them, infrastructure costs go directly to your account.
No drawn-out discovery, no thirty-page deck. A short call, a focused build, a careful deployment, a month of training. Then your new AI employee is yours to keep.
A 45-minute video call. Free. We figure out whether an AI employee helps your business, and if so, where.
We ask about the work that’s eating hours, the customers asking the same questions, the documents you keep rewriting. We listen for the part of your operation where a new hire would pay back their cost in the first quarter.
If we don’t see it, we tell you. We’d rather lose the engagement than ship something that doesn’t earn its keep. About one in four discovery calls ends with us recommending the client doesn’t need us yet.
You walk away with: a written scope, a fixed price, a delivery date. Or a polite no.
Your new AI employee is on the job in some form within ten days.
First two days: we design the role and write the playbook that gives your new hire its voice, scope, and limits. Days three through seven: we build the integration scaffolding (API endpoints, auth, webhooks, whatever they need to live in your stack).
Week 1 ends with a live demo. Not slides. The actual employee, answering actual questions on actual data. You poke holes, we coach in front of you.
You see: a Slack channel with daily updates, a private demo URL, the playbook in use, and what it’s costing to run.
Wired into the tools your team actually uses. Documented end to end.
Slack or Teams, Twilio for voice, Salesforce or HubSpot for CRM, your website widget, your phone system, your custom backend. Whatever your AI employee needs to live and work, we connect it. Then we write the runbook so your team can manage them without us.
By end of week two: your new hire is taking real work, in a controlled rollout. Maybe 10% of customers, maybe one team to start. We watch closely.
Goes live with: monitoring dashboard, conversation transcripts, alerting on edge cases, kill switch.
First month is hands-on. We watch every conversation, like onboarding any new hire.
Edge cases get fixed. Tone gets sharpened. Your AI employee’s confidence threshold for escalation gets calibrated to your team’s comfort. By end of week four they’re handling their full workload.
Week six is handover. We walk your team through the runbook, the playbook, the dashboards, the things that might go wrong. They take the keys.
You receive: full source code, all training materials, deployment scripts, integration docs, monitoring access, infrastructure billing routed to your account directly.
If you want us to keep watching, we’re here. If you don’t, you don’t pay us anymore.
Most clients keep us on for three months past handover for monitoring, ongoing training, and small feature additions. Some take it fully in-house immediately. A few stay with us indefinitely as their on-call AI team.
Retainer pricing scales with usage. A single AI employee is usually $1.5k–$4k/month. Multiple employees or heavy iteration runs higher. Cancel any month, no notice required.
A short list, in case any of it sounds like what you’re looking for.
We’re a studio, not a SaaS. We build your AI employee, you own them, infrastructure costs go directly to your account.
Standard tools, standard APIs, standard infrastructure. Nothing proprietary. You can fire us tomorrow and your AI employee keeps working.
We don’t do consulting decks, AI roadmaps, or change-management workshops. We build things that work.
If a generic template solves your problem, you don’t need us. We build employees with real training, real integrations, and real accountability.
Employees who triage or summarize, yes. Employees who diagnose patients or render legal opinions, no.
45 minutes. Free. No deck. We figure out together whether this is worth your time.
